An accomplished architectural design professional, Robert Wolsfelt has worked on major commercial development projects around the world. Robert Wolsfelt grasps the business aspects that underlie design, from branding and marketing communications to signage. He gained experience in the relationships between business and design early in his career as an associate vice president of design and business development at Fitch, Inc. During this period, he managed several major projects, including environmental graphics design for Disney’s Old Key West Resort.
After leaving Fitch, Robert Wolsfelt joined The Mills Corporation as a design manager. In this position, he handpicked designers and architects for projects, created design schedules, and maintained project budgets. He oversaw several large consumer and entertainment establishment both domestically and abroad.
Most recently, Mr. Wolsfelt acted as a senior project coordinator with Jacobs Engineering Group, where he held responsibility for strategic planning and business development as well as project management. Often, he organized design teams that consisted of professionals from around the nation to collaborate on large-scales projects, such as the Great Mall of Dubai.
